  • Main Steel has customer service personnel at each of our facilities, who quote orders and respond to our customer inquiries as they arise.  In addition, we have nine outside sales people and two marketing managers strategically positioned throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico who personally work with our customers to fulfill their needs.  

    The Company has also implemented barcoding for ease of tracking customer inventory held on our floor and EDI for the transfer of pertinent information like advanced shipping notices, production recording, and invoicing to name a few of the documents we are able transmit.

    Through this website we now offer numerous customer specific reports including Inventory Status, Open Order, and MTD Shipment Reports and can upon request generate custom reports to satisfy most of our customer's unique requirements, making it easier for our customers to find the information they need quickly and efficiently.

    Our resolution to stay close to our customers and satisfy their needs has been the key to our continuing success.  When the market demands change, Main Steel makes the adjustments, whether it is by adding a location, installing new equipment or relocating existing equipment, we will go to where our customers are and provide them what they need.  The Finish is Just the Start...
